CONSULTING ENGINEERING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We provide professional engineering and project management services wherever in the world you require them. Ingenium staff has delivered services for clients in Ireland, the USA and the Middle East for over 30 years. Our staff has worked on international development projects in Jordan, Oman, Palestine, Egypt and Thailand. We work on short- or long-term overseas assignments; it's your call.

INFRASTRUCTURE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

For many years, our interest has been in applying IT solutions to civil engineering projects. We have experience in utility mapping. More recently, we have been engaged in research into the development of underground utility tracking and mapping by integrating RFID, GPS and GIS technologies. INFRASTRUCTURE AND PROPERTY ASSET MANAGEMENT

We have long experience in asset management for utility companies and local authorities in the public sector. We also offer property asset management services, including feasibility studies, planning, design, renovation and refurbishment, energy-rating upgrading, change-of-use planning and design, construction, operation and maintenance. Our goal is to turn your non-performing assets into long-term, sustainable, performing assets.

GREEN BUILDING

We provide beautiful timber post and beam homes. As the sole independent representative in Ireland for Timberpeg, the premier designer and manufacturer of custom-designed, timber post and beam homes in North America, we have built some beautiful homes in Ireland. Combining traditional joinery with contemporary design and manufacturing technology, Timberpeg homes are not only aesthetically beautiful but are also highly energy-efficient. As you can see from the photo on the right, we provide homes that combine vernacular Irish architecture, post and beam framing and North American influences. Our belief is that, although the housing market in Ireland is in a major slump, there will be a move away from McMansions towards smaller homes that are designed with space and energy efficiency, together with aesthetics, in mind. We are the the forefront of this movement.
